Money Suit

Sometimes people experience unexpected situations after lending their hard-earned money to some borrowers. In order to recover the money lent or any other dues from a borrower or a defaulter, a money suit may be instituted in a civil court of competent jurisdiction.

Election Tribunal Case

Dispute between the candidates in election is a common phenomenon in Bangladesh. In order to get proper relief, an aggrieved candidate may file a case before the election tribunal constituted to decide the cases arising out of election disputes.

Status Quo

Irrespective of whether there is a pending civil case or not, whenever a person is in apprehension of forcible and unlawful dispossession from his property, he can prevent the same by way of an order of injunction/status quo passed by a civil court. We have served a good number of our clients with such reliefs by filing application before the civil courts of both lower and higher judiciary.
