About Head of Chambers
Born into a distinguished and respected Muslim family in Godagari Upazila of Rajshahi District, Bangladesh, he exhibited remarkable academic merit and leadership qualities from an early age.
He successfully completed his Dakhil Examination with a GPA of 4.50 and subsequently attained a Golden GPA-5.00 in the Alim Examination (Humanities Group) from Tamirul Millat Kamil Madrasah, Tongi Branch, one of the most prestigious and academically acclaimed madrasahs in Bangladesh.
Driven by a profound interest in the study of law and justice, he pursued higher education at the Department of Law, University of Dhaka, the premier institution for legal education in Bangladesh. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Honours) degree upon successful completion of the four-year undergraduate programme and thereafter obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the same institution.
He was enrolled as an Advocate by the Bangladesh Bar Council on 6 April 2013 and commenced his legal practice through the Dhaka Bar Association. Through dedication, professional competence, and unwavering commitment to the legal profession, he gradually expanded his practice to the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, where he regularly appears and conducts matters involving constitutional, civil, commercial, corporate, banking, labour, land, taxation, and other legal issues.
In addition to his membership in the Dhaka Bar Association, he is also a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. Over the years, he has earned a reputation for providing strategic legal counsel, effective advocacy, and practical solutions to individuals, corporations, financial institutions, and business entities.
His professional philosophy is founded upon integrity, excellence, diligence, and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of his clients. He remains dedicated to the pursuit of justice and the delivery of high-quality legal services while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and responsibility.
